We are proud to work with the majority of the UK's national and regional house builders and developers and to provide first-class residential management services.

At RMG we take a personal, client focused approach to residential property management, delivering high quality customer service including access to our 24 hour, 7 days a week Customer Service Team.

Our Customer Service Advisors work together with our team of experienced Property Managers, Health & Safety Surveyors, Accountants, and Back Office support staff who will ensure we deliver a property management service that is comprehensive and second-to-none.

"RMG is one of the UK’s leading residential property service providers, looking after over 120,000 homes in England, Wales, and Scotland, across 2,600 developments. With a history dating back over 100 years, RMG works with over 1300 Resident Management Company, developer, investor, and freeholder clients. 

With so many homes and developments to care for, there’s a lot of activity at RMG which means there are a wide number of different roles and a huge number of challenges and opportunities across our business. 

We recognise that working in the property management industry is challenging and in return for hard work and commitment, we ensure that our employees are equipped with the tools they need to provide the best possible service.

Our work impacts the lives of hundreds of thousands of people externally and hundreds internally, and we take seriously our responsibility to be our absolute best. All our employees go through comprehensive training programmes and company orientation to enable them to do the best job possible and ultimately deliver a best in class management service.  

We are proud of the fact that whilst working for us many colleagues complete professional qualifications such as CIPD, IRPM, MSc Property Management, and ACCA and we strongly support ongoing learning and personal development. Colleagues are also supported to engage in Social Value activities in the communities in which we work and we regularly support local fundraising with partner charities."
